Hannah is a Yoga Therapist and Thai Massage practitioner. She offers yoga practises and Thai Body work to relieve and heal your aches and pains whether they are physical or emotional. She shares accessible therapeutic yoga for all bodies and abilities. She has experience leading yoga for clients with dementia and adults with learning disabilities, as well as clients in a whole range of life stages and situations. She shares a full range of yoga practises including asana, pranayama, mudra, mantra, guided meditation, restorative yoga and yoga nidra. No previous yoga experience is necessary to benefit from a session and a bespoke yoga routine can be created to practice at home.


Hannah is also a Thai Bodyworker. This form of massage is designed to free up physical energy pathways in the body such as blood and lymph, to flow more freely, allowing a feeling of deep relaxation and relief from aches, pains and stagnation in the body. In Thai massage she works through the layers of your body using oils, balms, hot herbal compresses and stretches. She uses her hands as well as other parts of her body such as her feet, elbows and forearms when appropriate. This type of massage is usually done on a padded mat on the floor but she will work with your body, your needs, mobility and any restrictions.
